When you submit content for analysis, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. To improve our AI models and for security research, we create an anonymized version of every submission.
This anonymized data has all personally identifiable information (PII) removed. By using the Service, you agree that we may use this anonymized data for service improvement, research, and for commercial purposes, including sharing it with third-party partners. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Fishy and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

FISHY IS AN EDUCATIONAL TOOL AND IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE OR YOUR OWN JUDGMENT. THE RISK ASSESSMENT SCORE AND RECOMMENDATIONS ARE BASED ON AI ANALYSIS AND MAY NOT BE 100% ACCURATE OR COMPLETE. ALWAYS EXERCISE CAUTION AND VERIFY INFORMATION INDEPENDENTLY.
